Returns & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy:
1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized workwear (e.g., embroidered or branded items).
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email info@alismart.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Our team will provide return instructions and authorization.
  3. Send the Item: Use a trackable courier service to ship the item(s) to 15 Headley Rd, Woodley, Reading, RG5 4JB, UK.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
