- Orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

Returns & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy:
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized workwear (e.g., embroidered or branded items).
- Clearance or sale items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email info@alismart.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
- Authorization: Our team will provide return instructions and authorization.
- Send the Item: Use a trackable courier service to ship the item(s) to 15 Headley Rd, Woodley, Reading, RG5 4JB, UK.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges for size or colour are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
